Dinners Served Buffet Style (Plated meals available for an extra charge maximum 50 people)

(Pricing is for gatherings of more than 20 guests)

Package 1: Choice of 2 Main Dishes and 2 Sides $39.00 per person

Package 2: Choice of 2 Main Dishes and 3 Sides $43.00 per person

Package 3: Choice of 2 Main Dishes and 4 Sides $47.00 per person

Bread or Dinner Rolls are served with every package.

Appetizers

When added to a package:

-$2.50 per person, per choice

-Shrimp is $4 and Charcuterie is $6 per person

Appetizers without a package:

-$3.75 per person, per choice

-Shrimp is $6 and Charcuterie is $8 per person

Main Dishes - Prime Choices

Prime Rib and Beef Tenderloin require a custom quote based on market price.

Carving Stations - $50.00 per hour

Sides and Main Choices To Go

Without a package:

Main Choices vary in price according to choice.

Sides $120 for full tray (feeds approx. 20-25 people)

Sides $60 for half tray (feeds approx. 10-12 people)

Food Bars

Prices are per 100 people

Main Dish - Additional Individual items may be added to your choice of bar without adding a full package

Desserts

Assorted dessert displays (includes choice of cupcakes, parfaits, brownies, cakes, pies, cheesecakes, cookies, truffles, apple crisp, seasonal items) $7.50 per person

Chocolate Fountain - 40 people or less $325 - More than 40 people $6.95 per person - Add additional fountains (up to 3 total) for $125 each

Unlimited Drinks(available only while caterer is on site)

$3.25 per person - up to 3 drink choices

Coffee Bar - $350 Flat Rate (Leaves when Caterer Leaves)

Disposables

Plates, Cups, Napkins, and Silverware are available upon request for $6.00 per person.

Miscellaneous

Salt, Pepper and Butter are served with every meal.

Alcohol is the sole responsibility of customer and can not be purchased, stored, opened, poured, served, or cleaned up by the caterer or their staff.

Catering Service Includes

Price includes delivery, set up, refilling and monitoring of all stations and clean up of caterers items for buffet service. Serving for a plated service is available for 50 guests or less and the venue must have a full service kitchen. Pricing is for 5 hours of service beginning at start of set up. Caterer usually arrives 1 & 1/2 to 2 hours prior to service of appetizers Any additional time may be added for $250 per hour.

Independent Contractors

Table setting companies that are contracted separately from the caterer are required to hire their own table busser or you are required to make prior arrangements with the catering company to clear tables at an additional fee of $6.00 per guest (dishware only). The venue must have an area to scrape and rinse the dishes.

Sales Tax of 6% and gratuity of 20% are not included in this pricing and will be added to the final invoice.
